How to File Annual Maintenance or Waiver

In order to keep your claim valid you will either need to pay an Annual Maintenance Fee to the BLM, or file a Small Miners Waiver before September 1st of each year. This section covers some general guidelines for renewing your claim and will help you determine if you can skip the Maintenance Fee and file the Small Miners Waiver.
