Property Overview
The P-129 HV site is a rare gem. It is a gold mining property that has been worked up into 2022. The mine was operational on a small scale up to 2022. The mill is intact and only needs a generator to fire up the engines. The mine portals are accessible and there is visible gold and copper minerals in the workings.
There is water and an extensive water distribution system that leads to the mill for gravity processing.
The site has BLM records back to 1942. The site was sold in 1974 and has not had any other intrusion since that time. There is a series of locked, private gates that lead to the property. No one will be accessing this site without specific permission. The access is all through public roadways.
There is limited information that will be released to anyone but the purchaser of the site. The name and all relevant details of the site have been obfuscated to make sure the site stays intact.
Primary commodity is gold. There is some silver and fluorite associated. The gold is in quartz veins and is native. It only needs to be crushed and washed.
The mine dates back to 1863. There was a 10 stamp mill installed around 1872. This was operational until the early 1920s. Gold was being processed from "small deposits" according to documentation. This is a bit of a misnomer as US Smelting and Refining wrote a full mining report on the site in 1917.
Hand picked assays, set to avoid free mill gold, run from 0.12 oz/T to 0.34 oz/T. Gold Rush surveyors took surveys from inside the mine on veins and returned assays from 0.115 to 3.89 oz/T AU silver is ancilary as it will be seperated in a crushing operation.
A full mapping of the mine with assays is available to the purchaser.
Gold Rush Expeditions, Inc. does offer mining consultation services and assistance with permits for a small fee.
